How wise it also is to grow older.
This reminds me of a chat I had with a friend recently who claims she is too old to change, and of course that is never true. One should never conclude that it's too late to improve.

Sometimes I think it would be just as easy to change the world as to change some of my worst habits. But in reality I know that is not true.
I am in the midst of a huge change in our lives and struggling to change myself to adjust to it.
