Re your query on my post - This is just a beginning. There is a huge movement 'Cycle chala City bacha' to make Mumbai the cycling capital of India. Now we have a bicycle mayor, councillors and marshals who spearhead a lot of rides and involve the authorities and commercial enterprises in making it viable.
I have to confess, YAM, that sometimes I struggle to find the connection between the picture and the caption. This is one of those times!
