ReplyDeleteMy step niece had a Shiba Inu, Howard. After her first child was born, turns out Howard was not fond of toddlers sticky fingers and squeals or he did not like being in 2nd place. Howard moved in with my BIL and SIL where he once again is top dog. He rarely barks.

back in the 90's when i was selling Real Estate, i went to list a home and they had an Akita. he was gorgeous, i got down on my knees, back then I could do that, and hugged and kissed his face. the very next day it was on the news that Aktias are not friendly to strangers and that a woman had half her face gone from a bite from one that looked just like the one I kissed....
