TAKE THREE HUNDRED AND FIFTY SEVEN f

Thursdays. Gotta love 'em.

Scan from a photo I took on the Island of Spetses 35 years back. Yes, drying octopuses. I did not sample the produce.

  2. OH MY word who knew such an activity existed. Would I be right in thinking they were put out to dry while still alive.

  3. Octopus cooked well is delicious. I used to go to a fairly high end Greek restaurant in Toronto with clients when I was still working, and they were masters, and I am sure that fresh from the ocean it is even better. Did you sample octopus while you were in Spetses or were you already vegetarian?

  4. I don't even like seeing them! Why is it I can look at dead fish, but these bother me? This photo sure makes a person feel something.
