In response to enquiries yesterday, I went in search of more about the Rondello violin. This short article and image are interesting. There are several lengthier and more academic items if anyone cares to do their own search. There are no musical items available for listening, sadly.

    I once took Dulcimer...for special 6 weeks course just down the road at an Art Center, in the mid 1990's. I loved it but the only problem was the lady who taught it. Lived in Carrboro, NC 30 miles from here and only taught at night.
