TAKE ONE HUNDRED AND SEVENTY TWO

Saturday Symmetry
"Do you wish to be great? Then begin by being. Do you desire to construct a vast and lofty fabric?  Think first about the foundations of humility.  The higher your structure is to be, the deeper must be its foundation."  St Augustine.

Taken at max zoom on the little Uniden pocketcam, from a moving vehicle.

  1. Excellent drive-by shooting! This is the best kind.
    Amazing work some people do.
My husband lost his father when he was two years old to a hydro work accident. So sad.
My client passed away this week. A celebration of life will ensue.
He had a good death, in hospital, son by his side.
    Cheers from Cottage Country!

Jennifer - My father was an electrical engineer specialising in large electrifications, so I grew up around these towers - but I am sure none of his linesmen climbed in bare feet!! Vale your client - love what you do. xx

  3. Just came over from Pearl's.

Very nice capture. I did nothing with photography for twenty years after I sold my house with a darkroom. Now I fool around with a little Nikon point and shoot that has a lovely zoom and macro. I doubt I'll go back to all setting my discretion. In the first place there no longer seem to be eye pieces!

Hey Joanne, lovely to have you visit! I agree, all that gazing into a screen was a tad disconcerting - and nowadays requires that I have the spectacles always on hand! &*<
