TAKE ONE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY EIGHT

Monday's Critters

Just a random three from the Uniden library.

Top two from my Aussie garden; this little spinner was barely bigger than a 10c coin (...dime, maybe, in US terms, or 20p in UK)...

The Purple-rumped Sunbird is a hummingbird and this is the male enjoying nectar up at Kolwan.

  1. He is a cute little fellow, for a spider that is. The Sunbird is so pretty.

Yes, the spider was an unusual one I had not seen before - and the sunbirds are wonderful, but very tricky to photograph!

  3. Great pictures, and what a lovely birdie, although the spider is quite creepy.
