TAKE ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY THREE h

 Monday's Critters

Nandi, guardian of Kailash, home of Lord Shiva. Taking the form of a bull, he also served as the vahana (vehicle) for Shiva. Often found at temples, facing into the altar where Shiva/Jagadeeshwara is to be found, devotees might approach and whisper into his ear in the hope he will convey the message to the Lord. There is happiness, joy and satisfaction found in the presence of Nandi.

  3. Hello,
I would not mind being close to the guardian bulls, but not so close to the last two on the bridge.
Wow! Take care, have a happy day!
