I have always wanted to see helicopters land on either ships or landing pads on buildings...it just seems like such an impossible thing...to someone who is not that good a parallel parking in a stationary spot.
ReplyDeleteI was at a stoplight when the WRAL new heli came in for a landing on the roof of WRAL-TV news station. It was effortless. Now I wonder just how loud it is in the building when they land and if it shakes things up. I know I need to find something else to occupy my mind

That ship looks absolutely massive - even larger than the buildings behind. My stepfather was in the Navy and said that the ship was like a mini-city.
