TAKE SEVENTEEN

"By plucking her petals, you do not gather the beauty of the flower."  (Rabindranath Tagore)

Does anyone know what this one is called?! Am usually on the ball with plants but this here's a mystery.  Found it growing at Kolwan.  Taken with the Uniden on macro mode.

This is called the 'Hanuman flower'. No idea of its scientific name nor the english name. This flower is offered to Lord Hanuman (monkey god)

aha! One lady was using the leaves in mala for Maruti-ji but still wasn't even able to give this much name - it makes sense though. Many thanks Deepak-ji.
