TAKE TWO HUNDRED AND SIXTY FIVE f

Wings on Wednesday -
YAM's take on the good, the bad, the ugly and the downright hilarious in photographing birds.

In the NW in Sept., there was one sighting of a pair of Golden Eagles. Very High, circling, and far away. Even with the full stretch of the Hisstix's lens, I still had to cut this one in a bit to see the defining features. You can see the beak open, as there was a high, piping call being yelled at its mate!

  1. An emblematic and magnificent bird of the Scottish Highlands, personifying its ruggedness and beauty. If I lived for a thousand years I could never tire of eagles.
