TAKE ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY SIX e

Wings on Wednesday -
YAM's take on the good, the bad, the ugly and the downright hilarious in photographing birds.

My local jackdaw couple back in April was showing all the signs of renewing the nest. "What's the one down below discovered? Could it be better than the straw and paper I've got???"

  3. I have never seen or even heard the name JackDaw… but I have watched a lot of birds building nests.

  4. I think it's a big sigh before it goes back to the enlargement project.

  5. You have given Mom a new nickname for Timber. As she was trying to add a second bag to the "sample" she had just collected for the vet for yet another poop test, Timber snagged something on the ground. When Mom finished with her bagging, she looked at him and lo and behold, he had a full sized dead female cardinal in his mouth!!! Thank goodness he was a good boy and dropped it when Mom yelled "leave it"!!! No wonder his tummy is still sick:( JackDaw Timber
