  1. And here we are March 1 and winter temps have returned...we had spring in February so I guess having the remainder of winter in March is ok.

Don't blame you, Joanne. We are being hit with major blizzards after what seemed like a spring weekend. Well below freezing the past two days and to continue for a couple more. Serious snow. In like a lion... Yxx

  3. To a great extent it is true and we save many projects to complete during the winter months when we spend a little more time inside.

Wish more folk here would think like that - the media are whipping up a kind of disaster hysteria about this blast. Okay, it's bad, but just heed the warnings and stay home... sigh... Yxx

  4. We see the hyacinths trying to poke their heads through the ground and it is way too early. We also hear there is bad weather in Europe. Our human brother is in Prague and headed home tomorrow, hope the weather doesn't affect his travel. Now we, on the other hand, would enjoy some of that snow!!!

  5. We have just started feeling winter temps here in the past week, luckily just a bit of hail at our elevation, but the mountains are getting tons of the beautiful white stuff today!
