TAKE ONE HUNDRED AND FORTY a

Wings on Wednesday -
YAM's take on the good, the bad, the ugly and the downright hilarious in respect to photographing birds.

At Loch Eck I spotted this older cygnet (still got it's grey down feathers) just floating along...









and then taking a dive...















before rising and swallowing something; just what shall remain a mystery!






























Taken with the 'Nik' on auto exposure and lens stretched to 15x optical.

Now it is linky time; if you have an ornithological post (no matter how 'dodgy') then please leave your mark!

    The diving with duck butt in the air always makes me laugh. He is handsome now but pretty soon he will be amazing.
