Saturday Symmetry
On Thursday, for The Challenge, I posted a gate latch, without which a gate cannot function in its full purpose as a boundary between 'outside' and 'inside'. Mankind does that; demarcates territory, then still claims to be above the animal kingdom.
If barriers must be placed, let them at least have beauty. Let them say "This is my place, but you are welcome."
Part of the 'Boundary Series'. Taken with the 'Nik' on auto.

And without the gate the latch would have no purpose. I really like this gate.
ReplyDeleteI love my gates. We used to get strangers coming up our 100m driveway, taking photos of my lawn decore. Happy with gates!
ReplyDeleteI just love open, iron gates. The lines and curls in this gate are very beautiful!
