SUNdays
Am discovering that the setting sun can provide some interesting shots from my window. It was 11pm(ish), early July and I was drawing the curtains when the otherwise clear sky presented this! The sun would have been well below the rim by now, but being reasonbly high on the globe, it's rays can bounce around quite freely. Here they have lit up a long cloud which I am quite sure is NOT verticle. Optical illusion.

Awesome!! The skies never fail to amaze, thrill and delight me! I do love this and it is different! Hope you're enjoying your weekend, Yam!!
ReplyDeleteHow interesting. It looks very real.
ReplyDeleteAn amazing shot. Could it possibly be a plume of smoke, the lower section looks so straight? Of course we have been seeing so much smoke from fires here lately that it might have 'clouded' my brain.
