Hari OM Joanne - good question... there was not much sign of activity when we were there and no signage, so don't have the definitive answer. I am rather of the opinion however that they really only go a distance out in the bay so that folk can look back at the wonderful skyline of Mumbai. IF (and only if) I get a day free at the end of this course, this is one of the things I would like to do!
LV - As you'll not from above response, not not yet... at least as safe as the ones your mum and I went on in Hong Kong. I leave that with you........
Magiceye - they look it and I'd certainly like to give one a go!

Lovely colors. Do the boats just mosey around the harbor, or are there little ocean jaunts, too?
