    Bill - Yes it was - on the left and down you can see the very final repair works going on. The facade has been lovingly restored to its original...

    Yes, undoubtedly the older building has enormous character. I am impressed, though, with how the new tower does manage to keep the basic design, yet holds a separate existence....
