This cage was absolutely chockers with guine pigs, who all wanted to be hand-fed! Found at a little small-holding cum craft-croft in hinterland Queensland.
I like the little black and white one, not the fluffy, the first one to the right. I told a friend this would make a good pet to have in a condo with no pet laws... they don't make noise and are big enough to cuddle. bob said his daughter had 2 and kept them in her room as a child. they lived on the top of the dresser. they were afraid to jump off, and just wandered there when she was out of the room.
There is nothing cuter than an itty bitty furry squeaky guinea.

ReplyDeleteSo cute....our kids had mice, and had rats, and had a hamster, but never these.
ReplyDeleteAre they kept as pets?

DeleteOh yes... but of course, GPs breed prolifically! Yxx
On a related note, I recently found out that hamsters are banned from Australia! Oh the things I learn!
