When you can't see 'em for real, take a picture of a picture! This gorgeous mural was on the back wall of the Port Adelaide old town hall and is a depiction, I believe, of the
Splendid Fairy-wren. Purists might say 'not accurate' - but it was stunning to stand beside, nonetheless.
Oh I 100% agree that is a beautiful mural!!

OMW! it is stunning to sit here and stare at your photo of the mural. the painter is truly, truly gifted. the birds look real, each stroke is perfect. I LOVE IT!
