These floating hotels are so high above water, they actually block the television signal, which comes up from Largs!!! The first has 7 decks above the main deck; the one at left had 10 and the one below is small with only 5 decks above.
They usually are arriving and departing in the night, so this was a rare sighting back in early September. Taken with the 'Nik'.

In 2005 my peeps took a cruise down the inside passage of Alaska...BUT the ship they were on was TINY compared to that one
