I was intrigued by this little black-capped red-breasted fellow...
then realised it was just the shadow of the branch and it was a standard model robin!
Sure it's not a fairie robin, stopped to let you have a good look?

Light can sometimes play tricks and I think we have all tried to turn the commonplace into something exotic at one time or another.
