TAKE FIFTY SIX h

Welcome to "J" of the alphabetised month!  If you have not seen or heard of the AtoZ challenge, click the logo on the sidebar to find out more! This blog is not about words, but about pictures telling the story. That said, for this month, there will be a few more than usual typed items and occasionally more than the usual one image per post. 

Tricky for Australia, did you think? No, I bring you the beautiful Jacaranda flower. These trees only bloom late November, early December for about four weeks. There is a saying in OZ that if you haven't studied for your exams by the time the jacaranda blooms, it's too late!


I also wish to share with you my other two angel pets, the other 'Js', Jasper Cat and Jet the guinea pig... then a gratuitous picture of the three Js together. Yes, they really did all get along.

    I could add J for jumping, as in kangaroos, or J for Jambaroo a coastal town where I had a great dinner one night. And of course there is J for joy which is my permanent condition when I hear the jangling of parrots in the Jacarandas! Jolly good, I say!
