Wings on Wednesday -
YAM's take on the good, the bad, the ugly and
the downright hilarious in photographing birds.
You can tell this is archival, right?! A scan from film - originally taken on the old Minolta. Black-headed Seagull and Swan keep company on Blackford pond in Edinburgh.
I could not tell it was scanned from film....goes to show you the excellent quality of the original and its photographer's skill

Hello, love the swan, they are so pretty. Enjoy your day!
ReplyDeleteThe swan looks like it's posing!!
ReplyDeleteIt doesn't get much more graceful than a Mute Swan.
ReplyDeleteIt is like the gull is testing the depth for the swan....LOL A great capture.
ReplyDeleteThe two birds are so mellow.
ReplyDeleteThey look cute swimming together.
ReplyDeleteI have a Minolta, a film camera, got it in 1986 I think... it still works, but I have not used it in years. a friend was taking college courses in photography, and needed a film camera for class. she said it works great..
