TAKE TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY ONE f

Wings on Wednesday -
YAM's take on the good, the bad, the ugly and the downright hilarious in photographing birds.

As promised last week, a full view of the statue with the falcon.

It is a representation of King James the Fourth of Scotland, who is reputed to have been a mad keen falconer.

In the absence of seeing any actual falcons, this will have to do!

  2. Falconry must be one of the few sports that have been favoured by humans from early antiquity to the present day.
