Apparently you can make a really good soup from those stinging nettles, and someone even told me that you can use them in salad, but I can’t quite imagine that.
Hari Om Yes, Nettle soup is very good - I make mine with marrow (or zucchini), some mint and some peas. Nettle tea is also very good - blood and liver cleanser adn tasty! (Oven-dry the washed leaves.) I have not attempted the salad form myself... Yxx
