Monday's Critters...as this is my first Monday back on OZ soil how about a quintessentially Australian bird? The Rainbow Lorikeets get very friendly and very cheeky where sugar water is concerned!!
Mum just had a panic attack, she could not find her pictures of these birds and the trip, we knew we had sent you some and she looked at our blog and there are a couple on there from the first 2 wings on Wednesday, but she could not find the scanned copies, nor the original pics themselves - all this decluttering I knew I should not have done it and thrown the photos out - she said over and over. She checked the backup thingy nothing turned out cupboards, looked at CDs, nothing then finally she looked at an old disc of scanned photos and there they were. Phew peace restored. Talk soon xxooxx
Thanks to all for comments - am having i'net trubs here in Sydney now - though as the sun gets higher, the speed gets faster....??? So please forgive if comment responses and blog visits are curtailed during the next 6 weeks. YAM xx
Such beautiful, colorful birds!! I love them! Terrific shot for the day! Hope you have a great week!!
ReplyDeleteThey are so colourful, my mate has them on his balcony in Sidney and sent me photos.
ReplyDeleteLove the way you have three on the plate
Howdy YAM Aunty. We see them around our place too. Just wonderful colours. No worries, and love, Stella and Rory
ReplyDeleteThey are breathtaking.
ReplyDeleteWowee, those birds are much more exciting than the seagulls and pigeons around here!
ReplyDeletePippa :)
