    To be a pup in Scotland you must be 100% able to brave the blustery winds, rains and temperatures.
    Their human was probably not weathering it as well as they were.

    Mine don't mind walking in the rain although they don't like to stay out in the yard in the rain. I don't mind walking them in the rain as long as it is spring or summer temps:)
