This one of the best shots I ever made, but it shows the scale rather well... the building in the foreground is part of the Victorian Pier at Dunoon. The ship is approximately a nautical mile distant. It is headed for the oil terminal in Loch Long.
As we say in these parts, it was 'mahoosive'!!!
