TAKE ONE HUNDRED AND THIRTY f
Monday's Critters
When I first landed in OZ some thirty years ago, it was not uncommon to see koalas in the trees when driving about. Sadly the numbers have dwindled. Around Wollongong, many of the forest areas are being fenced off to try and prevent what population remains from landing itself under wheels.
So no critter in this shot, just the fence that 'proves' critters are close by...

This was the pundit carrying out the rituals for the Hindu part of the three-part wedding of my 'nephew'. (Remember, you can read about my recent trip HERE.)

TAKE ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY THREE f
Monday's Critters
As of today and for the next few weeks, you will finally be seeing a range of images taken on the recent trip to the 'Great Down Under Parts'. It has taken a while because a) I didn't have the laptop with me and b) it was a people-centred visit so gathering sufficient lens fodder proved to be a little more problematic than usual. However, I manage a fair few in the end. Bear in mind they were all taken with the Hisstix, as the Fudge was too much to wrangle.
No better place to begin, then, than this whimsical image of a bunch of fluffy critters hanging out to dry on a Hills Hoist!
Now, if anyone is REALLY interested, the whole saga has been documented (with a great many more images) over at Wild YAM bloggy on WBL2019 label and if you click that link they'll magically appear. Of course, in reverse order, as Blogger is inclined to do, but hey ho...
