TAKE TWENTY FOUR

 ...and the flower of Love...

These little gems are in pots at our residence door.  The buds are less than an inch long and break out into a full flower not more than the size of a 50c piece (old र 2 or ...no, you'll just have to sort it out yourselves).  Taken with the 'Nik' on macro and 5x opt.zoom.

Do take a look at today's inspirational writing at MT-TOO!

  1. What a gorgeous rose bud. I can't wait for spring so my roses will start to bloom again.

My memory (!) says that the colder the spring, the brighter the flowers of summer. Something to help us appreciate all seasons I suppose!

  4. I love this one. I dug up all my roses a year or two ago as they were way past there best, maybe now the ground has had time to rest this is the year to get some more.

Thanks, Stewart, I look forward to that.

Lady Vicki - if at all possible, one MUST grow roses. Buckets of buffalo dust should help... or your local equivalent! &>
